In this entrepreneurial role, you will effectively run your own renovation business powered by Freemodel's platform. You'll collaborate with real estate agents and their owners to plan strategic home improvements that maximize sale value, then manage the entire project through to completion. We call our 1099 contracted project managers

because you're truly the director of each renovation project! Freemodel is not a traditional lead generator
think of us as a business partner. We connect you with brokerages in your market so that you can cultivate repeat business with agents as their go-to renovation professional. If you're motivated to build strong partnerships with real estate agents, Freemodel provides the platform and support to help you scale your renovation business. As a Project Director, real estate agents are your key partners in this role, and you'll work closely with them to ensure each renovation aligns with what the local market and buyers demand. You should be just as comfortable walking a job site and managing subcontractors as you are meeting with a top-producing Realtor over coffee. You will own every phase of the renovation process while delivering a high quality, client-focused experience.
