Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safely Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate effectively with plant personnel to coordinate material flow Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area Conditions Of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
