The Role: Were seeking a Project Developer who thrives at the intersection of sales, technical problem-solving, and project planning. Youll be the first point of contact for new opportunities, working directly with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and guide projects through the proposal stage. This role is perfect for someone who can open doors, ask the right questions, and translate complex requirements into winning proposals all while collaborating with engineering, estimating, and leadership teams. What Youll Do Qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect new business. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and site visits. Develop project narratives, budgets, and proposals with internal teams. Track and manage your pipeline in CRM. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Monitor market trends and identify upcoming project opportunities. What You Bring 5+ years of technical B2B sales, project development, or preconstruction experience. Strong communication skills with a knack for discovery and solution selling. Organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities at once. A consultative approach and ability to learn technical concepts quickly. Willingness to travel as needed. Commission: 1% on contract releases for projects you originate and help secure.
