Title: Sanctions Compliance Specialist 6+ Months Contract Pay: $40 - $44 per hour on w2 Summary: An American multinational corporation and technology company is seeking a Compliance Specialist with strong expertise in OFAC and sanctions compliance laws. The role involves conducting investigations, analyzing sanctions alerts, and supporting the Global Export and Sanctions Compliance team. Ideal candidates will have a background in export controls, sanctions, and regulatory compliance with experience using compliance tools and systems. Key Responsibilities: Conducting reviews and analysis of sanctions system alerts Conduct investigation of customers, business partners, and transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures and tools per SLAs Escalate unusual findings that might be related to sanctioned individuals, terrorist financing, law enforcement, or other criminal activities Conducting searches, gathering data, and recording evidence from internal systems, the internet, third party tools, commercial databases, and enquiry with business or compliance contacts within the organization Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Experience in reviews, investigation, and resolution of sanctions, money laundering, or terrorist financing issues Experience using SAP GTS screening system and Accuity's Compliance Link Expertise and experience in OFAC/Sanctions Compliance laws and regulations Benefits that Russell Tobin offers: Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
