Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Rfic power amplifiers for various communication applications. Own the end-to-end pa design flow: architecture definition, schematic design, layout supervision, em/circuit co-simulation, and tape-out. Conduct simulations and analysis to optimize amplifier performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rf designs into larger systems. Define test plans and lead the prototyping and testing efforts of rfic designs to ensure reliability and performance. Evaluate and select materials and components for rf circuit design. Stay on top of industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
