The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests and handles all inquiries by being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule. Spa Receptionists anticipate, customize, and service guest's needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options.
