Citi Retail Services (CRS) is a leader in U.S. payments and one of North America's largest and most experienced retail payments and credit solution providers. The Head Of Product Management is a key member of the Citi Retail Services (CRS) Leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of product management for portfolios within Citi Retail Services. This leader, in partnership with the General Managers is accountable for delivering sustained profitable growth through the development, management, and execution of the CRS product strategy roadmap across the end-to-end business. This role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of unsecured lending business (general purpose, cobrand and private label credit cards, personal/business loans, lines of credit and merchant services) and different systems, products, and practices relevant to Citi Retail Services. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thought leader with relevant general manager and P&L experience in general purpose credit card product and/or retail private label business. The candidate should have experience in building unsecured lending products, feature and relevant functionality needed to further expand CRS product presence in the market. The role is also involved in both internal and external negotiations and Partner/Portfolio Management which will have a major impact on the area managed, and the Citi organization. Responsibilities

Define and champion a clear, short and long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with our overall business objectives. This strategic direction will guide all product-related initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization. Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify unmet needs and anticipate market shifts. This data-driven approach will enable us to develop differentiated product offerings and position ourselves as a leader in this space. Identify viable transformational areas to shift product focus to a general-purpose credit card. Build products and features and drives CVP Improvements across all partners. Develop new value propositions, products, and solutions in close partnership with all US consumer business and product teams as well as explore new opportunities within Citi as well as with both existing and new partners externally. Coordinates product introduction and market exploitation with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment. Engages in a wide range of activities that require strategic vision and analysis and typically thinks beyond the existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas that ultimately affect the business/geographic region or a major segment of it. Serve as a key leader and collaborator, working closely with stakeholders across the organization (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance) to ensure seamless product development and execution. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and ongoing management. This includes optimizing existing products, prioritizing new product initiatives, and establishing robust performance metrics to measure success. Plays a key role on the Citi Retail Services Leadership team. Serve as a culture carrier for the firm. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Drives the talent agenda for Product Management and focuses on talent mobility, performance management and driving a high performing culture across the organization. Qualifications

15+ years of experience, including 10+ years' managerial experience. Proven track record of successfully leading a in a product management role or general management in credit card business (strategy, sales, people leadership, operations, financial performance, risk & controls). The leader should also have proven execution and implementation skills on successful large-scale product initiatives. Direct experience developing and managing complex consumer card solutions. Ability to build internal relationships with broader stakeholders across the franchise to drive to common goals and outcomes. Ability to lead successfully in a matrixed environment. A strategic, analytical and systematic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and inspires the team to drive change and continuous improvement. Collaborative, influencing & effective communication/storytelling skills. Conceptual and innovative thinker with ability to operate in "white space" A broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles In-depth knowledge of the unsecured lending industry (traditional banking and fin tech) and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise.
