Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid position is based in our Natick, MA office and currently requires 3 days per week in the office. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our efforts to identify and recruit talented Ph.D. level engineers and scientists for consulting positions within Exponent, as well as supporting various non-consulting roles within our teams. Your core job responsibilities will include interview scheduling, administrative support for our employee referral program, and recruiting support for our corporate roles. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of talent acquisition and human resources. You will be responsible for: Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers across multiple offices and time zones using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Outlook Managing interview logistics including calendar invitations and video conferencing links Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience Supporting the full recruitment process for select corporate positions, including opening requisitions, screening candidates, and preparing offer letters Providing administrative support for the Employee Referral Program Reporting on recruiting metrics in iCIMS and Excel to support key leadership meetings Collaborating effectively with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, administrative assistants, and other employees Contributing to various HR and recruiting projects You will have the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree Two or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a relevant customer/client facing role Ability to work at least 3 days a week out of our Natick, MA office Exposure to Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning more A detail-oriented and highly organized work style Ability to multi-task, navigate changing situations, and take ownership of tasks and projects Experience using iCIMS, our applicant tracking system (preferred) To learn more about life at Exponent and our impact, please visit the following links: https://www.exponent.com/careers/life-exponent https://www.exponent.com/company/our-impact Attracting, inspiring, developing, and rewarding exceptional people with diverse backgrounds and expertise are central to our corporate culture.
