We are looking for a highly-organized and motivated Loan Settlement professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the loan closing process, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of LSTA Par loan settlements, participations, as well as the ability to problem-solve and prioritize. A strong eye for detail and the skill to handle competing priorities are essential. We are seeking a candidate who works well independently, as well as collaboratively in a team and larger group setting. The successful candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Working in a very dynamic environment to manage the closing process of LSTA Par loan trades Working directly with our Counterparts and Agents to settle trades expeditiously and resolve any issues that arise during the settlement lifecycle to avoid delays Coordinating with Traders and Portfolio Management Teams on high priority transactions and ad hoc inquiries Collaborating with multiple teams within Investment Operations group Working closely with business teams to resolve queries and provide first level service Liaise with our KYC Team to ensure unsettled trades are always progressing Additionally: Utilize strong interpersonal and communications skills to effectively perform all daily responsibilities. Manage high priority and time-sensitive requests with internal and external stakeholders Review Credit Agreements for operational information. High attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment Required: 3+ years of experience settling LSTA Par Loans (Primary and Secondary). Excellent communication skills Strong skills in ClearPar Settlement Platform Preferred: Loan Servicing skills (Paydowns, Rollovers and Rate Sets) Commercial Awareness The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion. Expected annual base salary range: $115,000 - $150,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
