The Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) is a two-year, entry-level rotational program within Pratt & Whitney's Aftermarket Operations (AMO) organization. Program participants complete three 8-month rotations, each focused on a different discipline: engineering, quality, and operations. Each rotation takes place at a different domestic overhaul and/or component repair facility within the U.S., meaning participants will relocate to three distinct locations over the course of the program. These varied site assignments are designed to provide broad, cross-functional exposure and a deep understanding of how our aftermarket teams collaborate to support engine sustainment. Through these hands-on rotational assignments, individuals will not only develop a solid knowledge base of aftermarket engineering and our products but also be exposed to a vast range of networking and leadership opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are prepared to transition into full-time roles within one of Pratt & Whitney's aftermarket business units.
