CMiC Systems Analyst
to join our team. This individual will be responsible for technical problem-solving with process improvement, ensuring effective integration and adoption of CMiC functionalities across financials, project management, resources, and analytics. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of CMiC ERP. Manage and resolve system-related tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Own CMiC support issues and system enhancements. Coordinate with CMiC vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to implement updates and improvements. Contribute to the strategic roadmap for CMiC adoption and enhancement. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system efficiencies. Support data integration and alignment between CMiC and other business applications. Collaborate with finance, project management, procurement, and HR teams to optimize system usage. Communicate with subject matter experts to discover and develop any new Jasper Reports, MIP Reports, and scheduled based reports within CMiC. Lead training initiatives to improve user adoption and proficiency in CMiC tools. Assist the analytics team in a deeper understanding of the tables and views within CMiC. Develop complex SQL queries, custom procedures, and triggers that require a solid understanding of SQL concepts and advanced oracle techniques. Oversee and implement a new subcontractor management integration with workflows, including bidding, procurement, lien waivers, and compliance tracking. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 3+ years CMiC experience. Experience writing complex SQL queries, procedures, and triggers. Experience with CMiC Analytics, Logs, and Programs. Experience with Jasper Reports and MIP Reports. Strong understanding of ERP configurations, workflows, and data integrations. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and contribute to long-term improvements. Experience in the construction industry with an understanding of financials, project management, and procurement workflows. Participation in ERP system upgrades and maintenance is a plus.
