Material Handler - Shipping & Receiving Associate

Kratos is seeking a Material Handler - Shipping & Receiving Associate to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities: Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains a clean, neat, and ready area. Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments. Responsible for and accountable for valuable products received and shipped. Assists in coordinating international receipts and shipments. Experience and Skills: Able to lift 50 pounds to hip level Able to work independently and with a team Experience with ERP systems Good communication skills Able to maintain a security clearance Preferred Skills and Experience: Active Secret security clearance Hourly compensation based on experience and education Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Job Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Coverage Life/ADD & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Paid Time-Off (PTO) Holidays Education Reimbursement
