Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Duties: Lead the effort of developing, enhancing, and maintaining risk and regulatory application components. Enhance and maintain the Analytical Calculation Engine (ACE) based on business and functional documents. Integrate applications modules using Python and Shell Scripts. Process enhancements and identify scope of improvements in project deliverables and existing process. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and other cross-functional stakeholders to design the systems and determine the project limitations and capabilities, performance and interfaces requirements. Create utilities for performance measurement, advanced reporting, automated deployment, and migration process. Create automation tools using Python and scripting to avoid manual steps needed for development, testing, and code deployment. Engage in the Project Analysis Phase of new components development joining the System Architects and Project Managers for requirement analysis, technical design preparation, and documentation of the Analytical Calculation Engine (ACE) modules. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document the systems impacts and the required supports. Validate new code change is compliant with Citi policies defining the data privacy, code, risk and regulations standards. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer, Computer Architect, Application Mgmt. Specialist Advisor, or related position involving developing application components and infrastructure for financial services institutions. 6 years of experience must include: Building high computation systems used for global market data analysis in IBM Spectrum Symphony; GRID computing architecture for risk calculations and reports production; Automation and monitoring systems building using Python and scripting tools; Maintaining analytical calculation engine running on Linux operating system including production issues, deployments and monitoring scripts management; OpenShift cluster setup using Confluent Kafka; and Implementing automated deployment process using BitBucket and Jenkins.
