We are partnered up with a growing Manufacturing company in their search for a Financial & Cost Analyst to join the team due to growth! This position will report into the Finance Manager and you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on financial performance and manufacturing costs to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years within Finance and/or Costing within the manufacturing industry. This position will operate on a 4 day work week. Job Description

The Financial and Cost Analyst - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following: Prepare, analyze, and report on manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability by product line. Maintain and update standard costs in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy. Perform monthly cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and margin reporting. Partner with operations to track production efficiency, material usage, scrap rates, and labor costs. Develop and maintain cost models for new and existing products. Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and business case modeling to support strategic initiatives. Assist in inventory valuation, cycle counts, and year-end physical inventory processes. Identify opportunities to improve cost control, streamline processes, and enhance reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies. The ideal Financial and Cost Analyst - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing, and variance analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer

The successful Financial and Cost Analyst - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following: Base Salary of $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience Bonus 4 day work week PTO Medical, Dental, Vision Relocation Assistance Provided
