Quality Control Technician

As a critical member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for conducting tests and analyzing results to maintain the quality and consistency of our products. How you will make an impact: Performs inspection of purchased parts, material, components and equipment for quality identity, damage, certification, and conformance to specifications/drawings/standards and/or quality assurance documents. Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, companys quality control system for compliance with its written standards. Prepares data and performs computer data entry to record information regarding all test results consistent with current documented procedures, written or verbal instruction from the QA manager, or company policy. Maintains quality control records and creates new records when required. Assists Quality Assurance in investigative testing. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA. The skills and experience you'll need: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to communicate in English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer skills including office communication and spreadsheet software. Don't meet every single requirement?
