Help drive strategic learning and engagement initiatives across Information Security Services (ISS), with a focus on AI, ML, and Cloud upskilling. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented, analytically minded professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about building future-ready talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - AI/ML/Cloud Upskilling Strategy: Lead the design, curation, and delivery of learning experiences for ISS employees. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Innovation, Technology, Legal, Risk) to align learning with enterprise strategy. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Six to eight years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations - Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills - Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls - In-depth knowledge in own discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines - Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
