Job Description

Help drive strategic learning and engagement initiatives across Information Security Services (ISS), with a focus on AI, ML, and Cloud upskilling. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented, analytically minded professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about building future-ready talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - AI/ML/Cloud Upskilling Strategy: Lead the design, curation, and delivery of learning experiences for ISS employees. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Innovation, Technology, Legal, Risk) to align learning with enterprise strategy. Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Six to eight years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations - Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills - Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls - In-depth knowledge in own discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines - Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
