Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Resolve on-site issues and maintain accurate documentation. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven ability to manage complex projects from ground-up to closeout. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents. OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar platforms preferred What's on Offer
