Position Summary

DFS is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Account Specialists for Strategic Accounts. The Sales Account Specialist will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction by providing high-level support to the sales team, assist in streamlining the sales processes, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, be highly organized, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting sales initiatives and optimizing performance. Position Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role will include: Sales Team Support: Assist Strategic Account Managers and Sales Engineers with day-to-day operations, including proposal development, reporting, and meeting preparation. Process Coordination: Drive consistency across account-related processes such as quoting, order tracking, follow-up communication, and internal workflow management. Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment between sales, engineering, customer service, product, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless execution of customer projects and initiatives. Customer Experience Enablement: Help prepare client-facing materials, organize account documentation, and support customer onboarding or issue resolution planninglaying the groundwork for future direct customer engagement. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal collaboration within the strategic accounts ecosystem. Transition to Customer Engagement: As product and process knowledge grows, gradually take on direct customer-facing responsibilities including coordination calls, follow-ups, and client updates. Qualifications

The qualifications for this role include: 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth. Experience working with sales teams in a B2B or enterprise sales environment. Familiarity with automation tools or sales performance analytics platforms. Understanding of the sales lifecycle and how sales support functions impact overall revenue. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on driving efficiency and revenue.
