Order Management Deliver Operator 1
Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an Order Management Deliver Operator 1 to join their team. As an Order Management Deliver Operator 1, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Order Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Order Management Deliver Operator 1 Location: Richland, MS Pay Range: $22.50 per hour Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) What's the Job? Process High Voltage Circuit Breaker orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and order details. Enter customer purchase orders into the SAP database for efficient order fulfillment. Manage internal customer order records and facilitate the handover process to other departments. Obtain tax exemptions and address customer inquiries promptly. Support collections and perform any additional tasks assigned within the role. What's Needed? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with SAP or similar order management systems is a plus.
