We're looking for a Senior Vice President to join our Corporate Advisory practicea strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of society, business, and culture. In this role, you'll help shape and protect the reputations of industry-leading clients across a range of sectors. You'll lead complex, high-stakes communications programs that span reputation strategy, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, internal transformation, crisis response, and integrated earned-first campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just manage accounts but elevates them. Responsibilities Include: Lead marquee accounts and drive new business tied to reputation, thought leadership, executive visibility, and business transformation Act as a strategic partner to senior clients, working to guide brand behavior in moments of risk and opportunity Architect cross-functional teams across earned media, public affairs, employee comms, digital, creative, and analytics Translate cultural context into business relevancehelping clients navigate stakeholder expectations, media pressure, and social momentum Advance our firm's leadership in Corporate Advisory through IP development, thought leadership, and mentorship Uphold operational excellenceoversee team performance, resourcing, and financial management for your accounts Develop and champion talentbuild a strong, resilient team culture that fosters growth, stretch, and trust Skillset Required 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, reputation management, or strategic advisory (agency experience preferred) Trusted counselor with a track record of guiding executives and senior clients leaders through complex reputational terrain Deep understanding of the evolving corporate reputation landscape, including executive visibility, ESG, DEI, and crisis Fluent in both traditional and non-traditional media and how stories travel across channels and communities Experience driving integrated campaigns that connect strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder value Strong operator: comfortable with financials, team planning, and navigating fast-paced environments Committed to developing talent, nurturing teams, and building a culture of accountability and trust Exceptional writer and presenter with experience leading new business pursuits from pitch to close The Weber Shandwick Collective recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
