We are looking for a motivated
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to support our Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing successful construction projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. As an APM, youll play a key role in keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and up to our high standards for quality and safety. Youll be a central point of communication between clients, subcontractors, and the project teamhelping to make sure everyone has the information and resources they need. What Youll Do: Assist with
project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Coordinate and oversee
on-site construction activities Manage
project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits Help track
project costs , process invoices, and assist with procurement Facilitate
communication
between clients, subcontractors, and the project team Support
quality control
and
safety compliance
efforts, including site inspections Anticipate potential issues and assist with problem-solving to keep projects moving forward What Were Looking For: Required Associates degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of construction industry experience in a project support role Proficiency with project management software (Trimble ProjectSight, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Preferred Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction project support or project engineering Experience with estimating, blueprint reading, and construction means/methods Work Environment: Youll split your time between the field and office, collaborating closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients. The role may require occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to job sites. Construction sites can be loud, dusty, and require personal protective equipment. Why Join ?
