Corewell Health Urology offers an excellent part-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider. Responsibilities include: In house Nocturnist Urology to take ED consults, coordination with Transfer Center, evaluate post operative patients, taking after hours office calls Coverage at Butterworth and Blodgett 3 - 12 hour shifts per week 5 shifts per pay period - Including 1-2 weekend shifts per month Hours: 7p-7a Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner: Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master's, post-master's or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) Physician Assistant: Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital Right in the heart of Grand Rapids, you'll find a nationally recognized hospital for patient quality and safety and the regional leader in full-service hospitals.
