Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI)
Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties, and operators in the world, we're integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform (inclusive of 900 sports relationships and more than 80 million fans) to reimagine the collectibles business. Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) for our growing Finance Systems team to design and run our Oracle Cloud integration architecture and day-to-day operations. This role will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, Data Engineering, and Technology to deliver secure, scalable integrations that streamline finance processes and elevate data quality across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, technically adept, and a collaborative leader. Own & Evolve Our Integration Landscape Serve as the product owner for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services that power integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM and the broader Fanatics ecosystem. Define and maintain integration architecture, ensuring high-availability, security, and performance across real-time and batch interfaces. Run & Stabilize Lead a blended on-shore/off-shore support team, managing incident queues and meeting or beating SLA targets for integrations and middleware. Oversee quarterly OCI/Oracle Fusion patchesplanning regression tests, coordinating cut-overs, and communicating new capabilities to Finance and Technology stakeholders. Secure & Govern Design and administer OCI IAM roles, policies, and compartments, ensuring least-privilege access and clean separation of duties for service accounts and human users. Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated runbooks for rapid root-cause analysis and recovery. Innovate & Scale Partner with the VP, Finance Systems to expand the Oracle footprint globally, spearheading fit-gap, prototyping, and phased rollouts of new integration use cases. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging OCI services (Queues, Functions, AI Services) and adjacent tools (Alteryx, RPA) to streamline finance processes and improve data quality. Partner & Influence Act as a trusted advisor to Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Data Engineering teamstranslating business requirements into secure, maintainable integration solutions. Drive the Change Control Board (CCB) process for all integration-related enhancements, balancing speed with risk management. What We're Looking For 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting integrations on Oracle Cloud (OCI/OIC) or comparable iPaaS platforms. Demonstrated expertise with OCI IAM, dynamic groups, policies, and compartment design; understands how external roles map into Oracle Fusion Security. Track record of leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including third-party vendors and offshore resources. In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and secure file transfer patterns. Strong command of finance and supply-chain processes (GL, AP, AR, Inventory) and how they interact with integrations. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent communicator who can translate technical details into business impacts for executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM implementations and post-go-live stabilization. Familiarity with DevOps practices (Terraform, CI/CD, Git) in an OCI context. Certification(s): Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional or Integration Cloud certifications. Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or other high-growth, data-rich industries. In NYC, the salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
