Quality Manager
As a Quality Manager, you will facilitate and maintain the ISO 9001 and IATF quality management systems and certifications utilized by the organization. You will institute Quality Assurance and Control Practices to ensure compliance with requirements for finished products, assist in claim investigations, and implement corrective actions using the ISO/IATF process. Additionally, you will develop training courses and maintain quality training records to support the organization's quality management system processes. Facilitate and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF quality management systems and certifications. Institute Quality Assurance/Control Practices to ensure compliance with requirements for finished products. Assist in claim investigations and implement corrective actions using the ISO/IATF process. Develop training courses and maintain quality training records. Stay informed of new developments in International ISO/IATF quality management standards. Provide weekly/monthly reports and presentations to leadership staff. Determine and manage monthly HFI valuation and claims reserve requirements. Facilitate development and maintenance of APQP FMEA's and Control Plans. Responsible for timely disposition of all non-conforming materials. Perform other duties as assigned. 5+ years of Quality Management experience. Proficiency in quality assurance and root cause analysis. ISO9001 and TF16949 Certification. Experience with audits and quality control. The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Provides benefits to all employees for health insurance and medical. This is a fully onsite position in East Chicago, IN. This position is anticipated to close on Aug 26, 2025.
