The Senior FX Analyst, Treasury will be a key contributor to the company's foreign exchange risk management programs. This role, an integral part of the Treasury team within the Finance organization, will primarily focus on exposure analysis, trading, and other key activities requiring FX domain expertise. You will work closely with other Treasury functions and cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver successful program outcomes. Additionally, the Senior FX Analyst will undertake various treasury-related responsibilities, including supporting strategic transactions, managing counterparty exposure, and executing Treasury policies. This role is hybrid and will work out of the San Francisco or New York office an average of 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute risk management activities Manage balance sheet hedging and support multi-currency cash management needs Identify and analyze FX exposures across the company to proactively mitigate risk Execute FX trades including derivatives with bank counterparties Review FX results in partnership with Controllership and produce management reporting Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor metrics and generate insights Partner with Treasury and IT staff to maintain FX-related systems and workflows Support FX activities for strategic transactions, tax, and business initiatives Ensure compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to FX Required Experience / Skills: Bachelor's degree in economics/finance or other quantitative field CFA, CPA, MBA, or similar relevant qualifications preferred 2-4 years experience in a corporate treasury, banking, or consulting role preferred Knowledge and experience with trading derivative instruments (e.g. swaps, NDFs, options) Experience with FX Trading platforms (e.g. FXall, Bloomberg) and related technology preferred Experience with TMS and ERP systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle) preferred Knowledge of technical accounting related to foreign currency and investments preferred Strong business acumen (including understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles) Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated, proactive, and diligent with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment We have a public-facing website that explains our various benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, ESPP, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
