Novellus Clairemont Server Position
Novellus Clairemont is seeking a personable part-time server to join our team. In this position, you will create a high-quality dining experience for residents. This includes assisting residents with questions and making their dining selections, as well as deliver their meals in a respectful, professional and caring manner. Work Schedule/Shift: Weekends, 6a- 1:30p Compensation: Starting at $17.25/hour What You'll Do: Greet tables promptly Answer questions about menu items Accurately take resident orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Facilitate filling drink orders with the bar Offer special assistance to patrons with specific needs Memorize the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredients Operate the drink fountain and coffee station Closeout all checks at the end of every shift Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ years wait staff experience preferred Basic math skills Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 pounds Prolonged periods of standing and walking Ability to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment
