Under the general guidance of the IT Operations Manager, this position is responsible for growing and operating the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) program at Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI). This position serves as an expert resource and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Essential duties include: Providing technical support to users Managing and troubleshooting IT issues Coordinating with other IT departments to ensure smooth operations Maintaining and updating IT systems and software Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a commitment to providing high-quality support to users.
