The CHI St. Alexius clinic team is looking for a Full Time Projects Administrative Coordinator to join the team! Supports clinic operations by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front line workers. This position performs administrative tasks including or similar to epic template management, scheduling meetings, trainings, and/or clinic scheduling, and preparing presentations, agendas, and/or reports. What You'll Do: Schedules meetings, provider call, and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership Prepares presentations, agendas, and/or reports for clinic leadership Tracks data regarding but not limited to PTO, call schedules, and/or turnover Supports provider and clinic leadership through calendar coordination, concur reimbursements, Kronos reconciliation, and/or other duties as assigned Helps coordinate/support new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or 1-2 years' experience managing projects of varying size and complexity Demonstrates strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or google versions) Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable. Excellent problem solving skills desirable. Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement preferred.
