Program Manager
Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, the Program Manager is a strategic role responsible for the successful execution of our department's goals and initiatives. This individual will lead a portfolio of projects, programs, and strategic change initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly, meet their objectives, and deliver measurable results. The Program Manager will act as a key liaison, working closely with functional heads across the Enterprise and external vendors to drive program success and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual with strong program management experience to help us continue building a scalable, sustainable learning function within the organization. Responsibilities
Strategic Program & Project Leadership Own and lead a portfolio of projects, programs, and strategic change initiatives. Define project scope and lead the creation of detailed business requirements. Manage project teams, schedules, and resource allocation. Facilitate and negotiate business stakeholder discussions and decisions. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Establish and lead a continuous process improvement strategy. Develop and implement a systematic measurement strategy. Optimize the training lifecycle. Develop and implement a department-wide reporting framework. Curriculum and Training Management Contribute to the strategic design of curriculum. Act as the primary point of contact for training-related logistics. Travel to regional offices and job sites as needed. Qualifications
Experience and Education Required 5-8 years of relevant experience in program or project management. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong business and data analysis skills. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification or Project Management Certification. Experience in learning and development or construction industries. Necessary Attributes Proactive self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight. Strong project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Strong client focus and relationship management skills. Demonstrates emotional intelligence, and builds trust through strong personal character and authentic behavior. Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams. Well organized and structured. Excellent presentation skills. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex problems with creativity. Technical capacity to learn new systems quickly and use them to answer business questions. Adaptable, resilient, flexible and meet constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Travel: Travel may be required for up to 2025% of the year. Working Conditions
