Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team developing estimates for Air Proprietary 1 program in Berkeley or Hazelwood, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of budgetary and formal estimates (labor, material, travel, etc.) and cost/price proposals for new business activities, contract changes and follow-on work. Position Responsibilities:

Leads/oversees development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program Leads/oversees development and application of pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques Leads/oversees business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing Leads/oversees development of complex estimating and pricing methods Develops and maintains complex estimating and pricing models Leads/oversees the evaluation and development of complex business cases Leads/oversees and performs complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.) Determines database requirements and identifies new data sources Leads/oversees the development/application/maintenance of unique and non-unique rates and factors for estimating Conducts training and technical mentoring for team members Supports compliance activities Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) Experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements/U.S. Government contracts Experience performing parametric estimates and data analysis Experience performing substantiated quick-turn (1-2 weeks) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and tests of reasonableness Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with and knowledge of United States Government Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Experience using data analysis to drive decision making Experience with critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in multifaceted and diverse teams across multiple functions Experience leading projects with little direct supervision and drive project to completion Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities Experience presenting to senior leadership Experience performing opportunity and risk analysis (discrete and statistical/Monte Carlo) Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $106,250 - $143,750 Summary pay range (Senior, Level 5): $134,300 - $181,700 Applications for this position will be accepted until Aug. 25, 2025 This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
