Dominican Hospital, Santa Cruz, California The Radiologic Technologist III, under the general direction of a Radiologist and Radiology Administration, is responsible to perform all routine and emergency radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures plus all procedures in one or more other modalities including: CT, Ultrasound, or interventional radiology. Provides Radiology services to all ages. Required: Ten (10) years as a staff technologist required OR seven (7) years experience in CT or IR including proof through Cerner or PACS Completion of radiologic technology training in an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved school required. Completion of California State Certification requirements (C.R.T.) required American Registry of Radiologic Technology (A.R.R.T.) required Completion of California State Fluoroscopy permit (FLURO) required. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Must meet all Radiology Technologist I, II, III competencies Preferred: Fifteen (15) years experience required Venipuncture Certification preferred. Fifteen (15 years) experience as a Fluoro or Surgical Technologist preferred BS in Science is preferred. Specialized certification in CT, US (RDMS), or Nuclear Medicine (CNMT), or (N)ARRT preferred.
