Associate Director
CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking an Associate Director for a position in San Francisco, CA. The role is full-time and requires on-site presence. The job description includes advising clients on complex accounting policy in all areas of US Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (US GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), leading projects for operational accounting issues, transforming finance and/or accounting functions, and managing larger and more complex client projects and engagements. Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related field and 5 years of audit work experience in multiple industries, including the Financial Services Industry. Additional experience includes preparation of Audited Financial Statements on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, experience with a 'Big 4' accounting firm, public speaking and presentation experience, experience with accounting guidance and standards as set by FASB, IASB, FRC and SEC, performing financial transformation and/or reporting for clients within highly regulated environments, overseeing teams and communicating autonomously with clients, and experience with new accounting guidance and auditing approaches.
