Night Auditor Supervisor
We are seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to join our front desk team. As a Night Auditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring a smooth and secure environment for guests, and handling financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any overnight requests. Balance and audit daily transactions, including room charges, payments, and other revenue. Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in hotel accounting records. Monitor hotel security and respond to any guest concerns or emergencies. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally. Set up the breakfast area and prepare for the morning shift as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial reports. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts. Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) or ability to learn quickly. Strong communication and organizational skills.
