Front Desk Receptionist
Wood Personnel has partnered with a Lebanon based CPA firm that specializes in audits and financial services in the healthcare companies and nonprofit organizations. This is a full-time opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist with a stable organization. The ideal candidate will support the office and staff, welcome all visitors, help with data entry tasks, and ensure superior organization skills. Compensation and Benefits: $20-22/hour 1-week vacation in year one, 2 weeks in year two, 3 weeks in year three Full Insurance Plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. Retirement plans with match Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and customers as they enter the office Answer incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence Filing and copying as needed Data entry projects Accept and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Other administrative duties assigned Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of nonprofit financial statements preferred Interest in, or experience working with healthcare audits or knowledge of financial regulations within the healthcare industry, is a plus Comfortable with occasional travel (2 to 5 weeks per year, typically 2-4 days per trip) Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to meet reporting deadlines
