The Program Management Senior Lead plays a pivotal role within the Coverage Banking team, supporting senior bankers in managing key client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role combines relationship management, credit and risk coordination, and deal execution serving as a trusted internal partner and a critical point of contact for clients across the bank's platform. Work closely in partnership across Citi to identifying opportunities to enhance the clients existing solutions focusing on revenue expansion and retention of existing business. This role reports to the Senior Banker on Citi Ascent Capital (CAC) within Markets Spread Products. Responsibilities

Work with CAC Bankers and work in close concert with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of key sales initiatives to drive completion of projects through product adoption and revenue realization. Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within CAC such as Implementation of new solutions Where required, assist with client communication of Product partners and sales teams Preparing summaries/ forecasts and communicating findings to respective stakeholders Ensure AML enquiries handled promptly and thoughtfully ensuring adherence to Citi policies Manage a portfolio of programmatic activities across client coverage Enhance the way we use data to find meaningful target clients and to illustrate successes Includes a significant focus on utilizing data analysis to drive market expansion and business growth. This implies a need for data-driven insights and a solid understanding of analytical techniques relevant to the banking industry. Market Data: This includes data on market size, demographics, competitor analysis, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Understanding this data is crucial for identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them. Customer Data: Data on customer demographics, behavior, preferences, transactions, and profitability is essential for segmenting customers, personalizing services, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and improving customer retention. Financial Performance Data: This encompasses data on revenue, expenses, profitability, loan performance, investment returns, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzing this data helps assess the effectiveness of current strategies, identify areas for improvement, and track progress towards business goals. Operational Data: Data on internal processes, efficiency metrics, risk management, and compliance are needed for optimizing operations, minimizing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Statistical Analysis: Understanding basic statistical concepts and methods is crucial for interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions. Data Visualization: The ability to create clear and concise visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) is vital for communicating insights effectively. Business Acumen: Possessing a solid understanding of the banking industry, its products, and its competitive landscape is necessary to apply analytical insights to business decisions.
