Lead Call Center Agent
Remote (OR, WA, AZ residents only) Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information. Summary Inbound Call Agents do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The position requires prior call center experience and understanding of call center demands and metrics. Pay: up to $20/hr depending on job specifics, skills, and location Shifts: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (PST) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (PST) **Must attend the first 5 days of training from 7 am - 4 pm (PST) ** Duties: Assist with call center operation tasks: timekeeping, entering hours for agents, organizing workforce, and training. Provide lead support training and development to contact center agents and leads. Handle elevated issues/calls. Conduct Quality Assurance of agent calls and provide consistent feedback. Review and approve timecard entries, managing attendance. Develop a training curriculum for contact center agents and facilitate training classes. Manage workforce, as needed, in the absence of a workforce scheduler. Required skill sets / experience: Minimum 6 months of prior call center experience required Minimum 1 year of prior work history in staff development, training, quality control, and/or document properation. Dependable and able to adhere to a schedule Must have attention to detail in a high-volume and sometimes stressful work environment. Effective problem-solving and listening skills Intermediate computer skills and data entry experience. Recent work history managing varied and often difficult personalities while maintaining an even temperament. Ability to communicate with callers, internal departments, and other third parties professionally.
