Location: Shakopee, MN Wage Range: $26 - $27/hour Responsibilities/Duties: The Program Supervisor is a first-level supervisory position at Northway Academy, responsible for overseeing Senior Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians. This role ensures the daily structure, organization and effectiveness of the team who support the children in their care. The Program Supervisor dedicates 75% of their weekly time to direct service, including conducting observations, providing guidance and implementing individual or group intervention as needed. Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, this position is accountable for employee management within their team and ensuring high treatment integrity and fidelity in programing. When program modifications are necessary, the Program Supervisor collaborates closely with the onsite clinical team to ensure appropriate adjustments are made. The Program Supervisor provides face-to-face, real-time direction to maximize the effectiveness of: Accurate and ongoing data collection Training and refinement of treatment techniques and strategies Strong communication skills Effective behavior management techniques Proper implementation of ITP goals Completion of session notes and timely documentation Ongoing organization and workflow management Other duties as assigned by the supervisor An ideal candidate must possess at least ONE of the following credentials: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health, child development or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, etc.) and/or advanced certification in one of the DHS-recognized treatment modalities. Have completed, or are currently enrolled in a Master or Doctoral program, in the field of child development or related fields including, but not limited to, mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology or occupation therapy from an accredited college or university. Equivalent education/work experience will be considered EIDBI Level 1 Provider Preferred Requirements: Reliable and committed to making a difference for individuals and their families.
