Quality Control Inspector
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform inspections and analyze data as required by work instructions, Inspection Masters, and specifications. You will utilize precision measuring instruments, gauges, tools, and set-ups necessary for checking intricate parts. Your responsibilities will include developmental, first-run production parts, in-process, and final inspections, including visual inspections under a microscope. You will layout and inspect parts involving complex angles and contours, ensuring adherence to dimensional specifications. Additionally, you will prepare rejection tags and NCMRs, collaborate with personnel for clarification of drawings and specifications, and make detailed calculations as needed. Approved parts will be stamped or otherwise approved, with completion of necessary paperwork. Responsibilities

Stamp or approve acceptable parts and complete required paperwork. Essential Skills
Proficiency in quality control, microscope inspection, and use of measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Experience with visual quality inspection and GMP practices. Three years of experience in quality control or related work. Experience working with micrometers and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work with tools under a microscope for 50% of the shift. Background in medical fields, especially with catheters or small tubing, is a plus. Why Work Here?
