We are hiring production associates for our growing team! If you have prior manufacturing experience and the ability to work well in a team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity today! Location: Buffalo, MN Wage: $18 - $20/hr. Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months! Hours: 3:45 pm

Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure timely completion of work. Assist in the training of team members as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area. Meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required. Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards. Requirements of the production associates: High school diploma or GED. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
