Demand Planning And Forecasting Manager

Manage the forecasting of demand, supply and inventory for the designated products sold through SEA eCommerce to ensure attainment of revenue goals, optimization of in-stock and fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction. Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the eCommerce demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation. Confer with fulfillment sales management, business management and Supply Chain Management on demand planning and forecasting assumptions and analysis. Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function. Monitor and report weekly allocation of supply and develop escalation paths when allocation constraints will impact financial targets. Make recommendations on products to feature in merch and promotion planning to proactively prevent aging inventory. Support business, marketing, inventory and production strategies, and organizational supply chain improvement opportunities to meet market needs. Review and assess risk to supply and demand variability and identify opportunities to manage and mitigate risk. Develop, implement and use tools and technology for managing buy boxes and analyzing the supply chain and fulfillment elements of the eCommerce business. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Technology and Operations or a related field and two (2) years of experience as a Professional II, Supply Management or related occupation in the eCommerce supply chain management. The 2 years of experience must have included: Experience with direct-to-consumer eCommerce business processes and best practices; and Developing demand planning, implementing supply chain solutions using technologies and data analytics. 10% domestic travel required. Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. The salary range for this role is expected to be between $129,500 and $207,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
