Channel Marketing Manager

SATO America is seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to support and grow our partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. This mid-level role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation within our indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of B2B marketing, distribution, value-added-reseller (VAR) ecosystems, and how to align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute channel marketing programs to support reseller, distributor, and alliance partner initiatives. Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and promotional materials. Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) programs, including planning, approval workflows, execution, and ROI reporting. Create and maintain partner-facing collateral, such as sales enablement tools, case studies, and email templates. Track and analyze program performance metrics to optimize channel marketing effectiveness. Coordinate webinars, events, and trade shows in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. Support the onboarding and training of new partners through tailored marketing enablement content. Maintain the partner portal content and ensure up-to-date marketing resources are available. Develop distribution and VAR marketing plans and follow through on deliverables and timelines. Requirements:

5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of North American distributor companies in the AIDC space. Experience in technology or industrial markets. Knowledge of channel programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. What We Offer:
