is looking for an experienced

Industrial Maintenance Technician (Boiler & CNC)  for a drilling equipment manufacturer company in

North Houston, TX Schedule : Monday - Saturday 5:00am - 5:30pm

Industrial Maintenance Technician (Boiler & CNC) Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience repairing boilers and CNC machines Must possess a valid 1st or 2nd Class Boiler Operator License. Skilled in boiler operation, including monitoring, startups, shutdowns, and adjustments. Experience repairing CNC and manual machines, sandblaster equipment, and other hydraulic/electric machinery. Knowledge of repairing injection molding machines, manual lathes, and CNC equipment. Proficient in Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) safety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check. Must supply own tools. Strong math, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills. Prior experience in roles such as Industrial Maintenance Technician, Stationary Engineer, Boiler Operator, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Boiler Technician, Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, CNC Maintenance Technician, CNC Service Technician, Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician, Power Plant Operator, Boiler Machinery Technician, Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, or Facilities Maintenance Technician is a plus.

Industrial Maintenance Technician (Boiler & CNC)   Responsibilities: Monitor and operate boilers; prepare for annual inspections and water treatment testing. Perform boiler maintenance and replace parts as needed. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CNC machines, mold injection machines, boilers, autoclaves, forklifts, and more. Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to ensure equipment uptime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Use power tools, pipe threading machines, and other equipment properly. Read and interpret basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics. Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance operations.
