Business Architecture (BA) team is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of Citi's Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across Businesses and Functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with Business lines and Functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes developing enterprise-wide taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures. We also provide the Businesses and Functions with ongoing governance, program oversight and reporting to ensure consistency, control and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner across the enterprise to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do. The Process Simplification Team in BA is responsible for driving consistent and sustainable adoption of Enterprise Architecture and Process Governance through enterprise accountability of Processes while managing enterprise-wide initiatives. The Program Governance team (part of the Process Simplification team) leads the enterprise-wide initiatives in support of Process Simplification. The "Process Simplification Program Lead" role will have a material impact on the Transformation program through contribution in driving the planning and execution for Business Architecture commitments. This is a high visibility role that requires knowledge of Citi's Businesses and Functions with an emphasis on Technology Simplification, Transformation and Risk and Control. There will be extensive interaction with Businesses and Functions, Risk and Control teams and Transformation Execution teams requiring superior project management skills coupled with excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Responsibilities: Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. Manages a functional area by applying a broad and comprehensive understanding in multiple functional areas as well as underlying business principles. Identifies stakeholders in key organizations and build and manage relationships with each stakeholder. Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals. Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management. Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work. Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meet business objectives and partner with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals. Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across the program. Assists program team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the program is completed within stated time lines. Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis. Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Manages a team of employees and coach and evaluate performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotion etc. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects Previous program/project management, consulting, technology and/or management CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
