About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to own the enterprise go-to-market strategy and execution. You'll lead all aspects of the enterprise sales motionfrom driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team, to representing ElevenLabs with customers and partners at the highest levels. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage: you'll have the mandate to accelerate the company's enterprise market presence, scale processes, and build the team that will take the company to the next level. In this role, you will:

Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team, hiring managers under you as the company scales

Drive new business acquisition, expansion, and partnerships in strategic verticals

Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM with customer feedback and market insights

Bring deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape to inform positioning and strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML experience strongly preferred)

Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up

Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles

Ability to operate both strategically and tacticallyshaping vision while actively engaging in the sales process

Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at C-suite and board levels

Collaborative, humble, and highly driven to deliver impact
