Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, FL. Provides support to Producer and Account Manager in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial lines accounts by performing the following duties: Assists Account Manager in obtaining information from the client for new and renewal policies, Reviews new and renewal policies for accuracy for delivery to the insured and updates detail in computer. Reviews and invoices endorsements for accuracy and sends to the insured Prepares change requests to the company requesting policy changes, and updates AMS360 & Imageright accordingly Keeps suspense (activity) items current. Prepares proposals for renewal on smaller accounts Enters policy detail on accounts not yet entered. Processes mail Prepares accounts for market accounts per instructions from Account Manager or Producer. Keeps abreast of industry changes and trends. Talks with customers by phone or in person inside agency office. Undertakes additional responsibilities as required in the Account Manager's absence (telephone calls, producer calls, client requests, etc.) Licenses and Certifications: Currently 4-40 Licensed. Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Strong team member who proactively assists all other members of this team. Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times.
