We're looking for a hands-on Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to be a go-to problem solver for our production equipment and facility systems. As our Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to for keeping our equipment and facility in top shape. You'll: Stay ahead of downtime by performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery. Troubleshoot like a pro when mechanical or electrical issues pop up, getting equipment back online quickly. Get hands-on with motors, bearings, belts, pulleys
installing, aligning, replacing, and fine-tuning them for peak performance. Tackle electrical basics like wiring tasks, swapping out lighting fixtures, and replacing electrical components. Pitch in plant-wide by supporting 5S, safety practices, and continuous improvement projects that make work better for everyone. Keep things documented
accurately recording maintenance work and sharing updates so the team is always in the loop. You don't need to check every single box
if you've got the drive to learn and a solid maintenance foundation, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you'll bring: Hands-on know-how
13 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Mechanical and electrical basics
you're comfortable with hand/power tools, mechanical systems, and electrical safety. A knack for problem-solving
you can read manuals, diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot effectively. Physical readiness
you can lift up to 50 lbs., work on ladders, and navigate a busy production floor. A continuous improvement mindset
familiar with (or excited to learn about) 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices. Bonus Skills (Not Required): Prior experience in manufacturing. Exposure to electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems. Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) or basic PLC troubleshooting. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work a full-time 1st shift schedule, including overtime or weekend coverage as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Physical and Environmental Requirements: Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors. Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed. PPE: Wear the required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear. Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment). Stamina: Stand for long shifts. Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
