1st Shift hours! Pay: $17.75/hr to start, increases to $18.25 after 90 days Job Description
Join our Assembly Training Program and become a qualified assembler through a comprehensive 6-month program. Candidates will participate in day shifts, with multiple orientations planned throughout the summer. This program offers hands-on experience across various departments, with training in blueprints and specialized tools. Weekly checkpoints ensure progress and development. Responsibilities
Participate in a week of classroom training followed by shadowing employees in various departments. Engage in hands-on work from the third week onward. Perform general labor tasks in sealing, coating, and other departments. Learn and apply skills in assembly, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly. Participate in the assembly of shelters and sub-assemblies in teams. Operate machinery and perform inspections. Work with hand and power tools, including tape measures, with precision. Maintain safety standards and work in various environmental conditions. Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch. Mechanical aptitude and general understanding of math. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in machine operation, forklift operation, and welding. Ability to stand and sit for long periods and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in the presence of hazardous chemicals and conditions. Why Work Here?

Be prepared to work in teams to assemble shelters and sub-assemblies in a large building. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
