Job Summary: We are seeking a
Press Brake Helper
to join our team in Hilliard, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting a press brake operator with the daily tasks of bending and shaping metal sheets. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials throughout the shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Assist the press brake operator with the setup and operation of the press brake machine. Lift and position metal sheets onto the press brake for processing. Remove finished parts from the machine and stack them for further production. Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Transport materials and finished products within the facility. Maintain a clean and safe work area around the press brake. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday
from
4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Basic understanding of measurements and the ability to use a tape measure. Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus. A willingness to learn and follow instructions. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
