This is your stage to innovate, inspire, and elevate the cocktail culture in one of DC's most dynamic venues. Lead the Bar Program: Oversee all bar operations, from service flow to inventory control. Craft the Beverage Vision: Design seasonal cocktail menus, mocktails, and curated spirit lists that reflect Realm's bold personality. Train & Mentor: Build a team of bartenders who are as passionate and precise as you are. Manage Costs: Track pour costs, monitor margins, and optimize profitability without compromising quality. Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Order & Stock: Handle liquor orders, manage vendor relationships, and maintain inventory accuracy. Event Execution: Collaborate on beverage service for private events, activations, and VIP experiences. Schedule & Staff: Coordinate weekly schedules and ensure proper staffing for peak service. Policy Adherence: Uphold all lounge policies, including those in the employee handbook. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a lead bartender or bar manager in a high-volume, upscale environment. Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to create innovative, balanced, and visually stunning cocktails. Excellent communication and guest service instincts. Experience with inventory systems, cost control, and vendor management. A passion for hospitality and a flair for the theatrical.
