Architectural Designer
Selectek is searching for an Architectural Designer with a background in local and state projects in the Metro Atlanta area. Required: Prepare and produce designs, construction and administration documents, and schematic designs for local and state buildings Conduct research on zoning codes, building materials and systems Prepare designs, model buildings, renderings, and visual presentations Excellent communications skills to collaborate with the team to help solve design issues Ability to work with minimal supervision Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Bluebeam BA Architecture plus 5 years of experience No license needed Sponsorship: No Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 Term of assignment: Direct Hire Location of job: Kennesaw, GA (they prefer someone live close to this area) Hours and shift: 8AM
